After your initial contact I will make an appointment, at a convenient
time for you, for me to visit your property and introduce myself.
During this visit I will discuss any ideas you have as well as ask
questions to help me determine your tastes and any particular
preferences or dislikes regarding garden style and materials etc. All
these points are written down and form the “client brief” – a guiding
list to help me to interpret your wishes and produce the garden you
seek. By the way, please do not be concerned if you don’t have any
ideas, this is quite a common situation and it is my job to create the
garden of your dreams.
It is important that you have a budget in mind as this affects, among
other things, the choice of materials, the type and number of features
possible and the size of plants purchased.
